1. He said it’s time to fought constructively with novel corona virus with pre and post strategic actions after full lockdown get opened.lockdown is not permanent solution
2. He said rapid testing to be done in massive scale as these would only lead us ahead from COVID to spread more badly.By rigorous testing hotspot zones and non hotspot zones has to built and by this way it can only be managed .
2. He said as testing kits are very less in the world so strategic action to be made to manufacture or acquisite from other countries.
3. He said responsibilities has to be delegated to chief ministers by distributing the funds according to demographics as India is decentralized country and every state has different problems and situations.
4. Most important is food security which has to be taken care . Food storage has to properly managed and distributed to migrant workers as they are facing starvation in large scale.
5. Low wage workers has to distributed minimum wages in their bank accounts so they would not suffer economic crises.
6 . He also laid importance in protecting mid scale and low scale industries by distributing appropriate package basis on right demand .Also need to take care of big India MNC as these corporates may face situation of acquisition in such crises.
7. Lastly he said to take care of mid aged people who are suffering from disease like diabetes,heart attacks as they are on high risk
He ended his conference by saying that lockdown is just pause button but not control and it must not be considered as victory but fight which is going to start now after lockdown in terms of economic and Health challenges. He said it’s time to fight together as India rather opposition to stand India on better place .
